• JayRo Productions reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5. Payments

Payment schedules are outlined in each project agreement.

Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit is required to reserve production dates.

• Final payment is due before final deliverables are released.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees where permitted by law.

• Deposits are generally non-refundable once production has been scheduled or work has begun.

 

6. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in your project agreement, projects include a limited number of revisions.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed project scope may incur additional charges.

 

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule or cancel production should be made as early as possible.

Cancellation policies, rescheduling fees, and deposit terms are governed by the signed project agreement.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JayRo Productions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of this website

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

• Third-party platform outages

• Loss of business or profits

• Use of our services

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable project.
